Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

What are your shipping costs please? 

Shipping is FREE for orders that are USD 100 or more within Australia Only. Shipping is FREE for orders over USD 250 within USA Only. All purchases are posted within 24-72 hours of purchase. All packages are shipped via TNT & Fedex or Australia Post. Should you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@vintageeyewear.com

Orders under USD 150 in Australia, or USD 250 in USA will be calculated at checkout, depending on location. Please contact us if you have any questions, we're very happy to help!


How long does it take to receive my goods please?

Subject to Pandemic effects:
- USA 3-5 business days once shipped.
- Australia: 1-3 business days once shipped.
- Asia: 3-4 business days once shipped.
- Europe: 3-5 business days once shipped.
- International: 5-7 business days once shipped.

SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS

Can I have my order delivered to another address/ to someone else?

Unfortunately not. Due to the heightened risk of credit card fraud, especially with high-end luxury items, Vintage Eyewear Co. only ships to postal addresses that match the billing address of the credit card at the time of purchase. Having said that, we understand some customers may need to ship their order to an alternative address for genuine reasons. To have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you will need to contact us directly before ordering, to discuss the options. One of our friendly staff will be very happy to assist you. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return Frames if I don't like them?

The frames in the Archive section of the website are non-refundable - No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

Otherwise yes, for purchases made from the Designs section of the website, you may return frames within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit (again, this offer does not apply to Archive section frames).

All items must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all the packaging. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and are not refunded.

Before returning any items, please contact our friendly service staff at info@vintageeyewear.com, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number. The Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of the postage box, and the shipping documents should be cleared marked as 'warranty returns'.

 

What do I do if I receive faulty or damaged goods?

Vintage Eyewear Co takes great care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frames or lenses, please contact our friendly service staff at info@vintageeyewear.com. We will always strive for excellence, and for the happiness of our valued customers.

 

Will I get a full refund?

Vintage Eyewear offers NO REFUNDSOnce we receive the items back in their original condition & packaging, we will issue a credit (minus any shipping charges). Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the date of receiving. ALL 'ON SALE' ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AS IS.

For any busy special sale events such as Easter Long Weekend, Black Friday, Boxing Day Sales etc., there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS IS.

 

If I need to return items to you, how should I do that?

To return an item to us after speaking to our service staff, please place the frame or lens back into its original packaging and seal the box. Write the Return Authorization number on the box (The Return Authorization number is provided to you when you contact our service staff at info@vintageeyewear.com - alternatively you can write your order number).

Please take extra care with the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary duty taxes when we receive them. *Mark the package as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" in the shipping documents. Any additional costs we incur for returned items will be deducted from your store credit. If you ship the items back to us via another courier (Such as Fedex etc.) there may well be a customs clearance charge, which will be deducted from your store credit.
